DAS PHOTONICS, S.L., takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection ), and in what is not provided by it, it is done by the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights , Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st , in virtue of which it is approved the Regulation implementing the Organic Law on Data Protection, and Law 34/2002, of July 11 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce .

DAS PHOTONICS, S.L., in the capacity of controller of this data processing activity, commits to store and manage the personal data and information collected through this website with due confidentiality as long as the professional relations are established and the interested party does not request its termination, and, where appropriate, for a period not exceeding five (5) years, counted from the end of the relationship established between the user and DAS PHOTONICS, S.L.

Once the order is finalized, the processor will return the personal data to the controller and delete any copies available to him/her. On the other hand, only third parties with which DAS PHOTONICS, S.L., has a legal or contractual obligation to provide them have the right to access this personal data.
